With emphasis on massive infrastructure development in the country the real estate sector of India has caught the fancy of NRIs as well but they should think twice before committing their funds into It as the rules and regulations regarding NRIs differ from that of an Indian citizen and hence the need for expert advice is inevitable. So we decided to dedicate separate services especially targeted at NRIs investment in the real estate sector.

For Investment in immovable properties:

A foreign citizen (other than a citizen of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Sri lanka or Nepal), is deemed to be of Indian origin if,
1) He has held Indian passport at any time AND/OR
2) He or his father or paternal grand-father was a citizen of India by virtue of the Constitution of India or the Citizenship Act, 1955

  • We help them in understanding rules laid down by premier institutions and governing bodies like RBI etc and then act accordingly.
  • We make them aware of the possibilities of investing into a particular projects and the pro & cons associated with that project.
  • We help them acquire immovable property in India by way of inheritance by a person resident outside India.
  • We help them in transfer of immovable property in India by way of sale by a person resident outside India etc.
  • We make them aware of the applicable tax structure on a particular type of investment and present them with alternatives that suit his /her criteria.
